The government-supported energy scheme known as the Energy Company Obligation (ECO4 scheme) was established to enhance the energy efficiency of properties throughout the country.
Launched in 2013, this initiative mandates energy suppliers to implement affordable energy-saving measures in some of the UK’s most at-risk homes, ensuring the financial feasibility for eligible homeowners.
This can include solar panels, insulation, boiler replacements or heat pumps, and since ECO4 is a government-backed scheme, it is completely free to you, the client, and funded by the larger energy companies instead.

Benefits: ALL COUNCILS
Income based job seekers allowance
Income support
Pension guarantee credit
Pension saving credit

Homeowners:
EPC E-G (can sometimes make up to D60 work)
Noncondensing boilers (installed before 2005)
Can do both solid brick and cavity wall properties
Benefits we don't accept:
PIP (may go through in NHS flex route)
Contribution based ESA
Child benefit
Anything to do with disability
**State pension isn’t a benefit and doesn’t qualify
FLEX – Under 31k house hold income
FLEX – NHS medical conditions MUST be one of the 4 types, nothing else counts
1) Cardiovascular – heart conditions
2) Respiratory – eg asthma
3) Immunosuppressed – weakened immune system due to a health condition
4) Limited mobility eg arthritis
*PIP and disability can be put through NHS route
